TLEE Deepens Commitment to Sustainable Wellness Design

As wellness continues to evolve, sustainability is becoming a fundamental part of creating destinations that support both people and the planet. At TLEE Spas + Wellness, we are excited to deepen our sustainability efforts through our collaboration with Diana Dina, Sustainability Transformation Lead for the Americas region of 10N collective. Together, we hope to further strengthen our commitment to thoughtful, human-centered environmental and biophilic design principles across our global portfolio.

Diana brings an extensive background in architecture, sustainability strategy, biophilic and regenerative design, enhancing TLEE’s ability to create wellness environments that are deeply connected to place, people, and the natural world.

“We are living in a time that brings a deeper understanding of our intrinsic connection with nature—its energy and power—alongside greater awareness and creativity around healthy lifestyles and wellness programming. Our clients are seeking meaningful experiences that celebrate cultural diversity and richness, contribute to the vitality of local communities and ecosystems that sustain them, and embrace the true meaning of living in harmony with nature.” – Diana Dina

As a qualified architect in both the United Kingdom and Romania, Certified Passive House Consultant, and member of the Urban Land Institute, Diana’s work spans climate resilience, energy efficiency, passive design strategies, materials and resources, biodiversity, water stewardship, and health, wellbeing, and social value.

Working alongside TLEE, Diana helps clients bring sustainability into the heart of our projects—creating wellness destinations that connect people with nature, support long-term stewardship, and deliver meaningful experiences for guests. Most recently, she has brought her expertise to two TLEE projects in the Caribbean.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Diana led sustainability and regenerative design initiatives at the Stirling Prize-winning architectural practice Haworth Tompkins in the UK, advancing the firm’s sustainability strategy and commitment to low-impact, future-focused design. Today, she continues to lead sustainability transformation efforts through her work with 10 Design and 10N Collective as Sustainability Lead, Americas.

By integrating climate-responsive design, thoughtful material choices, and a strong understanding of place, TLEE creates spaces that are both intentional and built to last. We’re excited to continue collaborating with Diana and look forward to the perspective and expertise she brings to the future of wellness design.
