Our Founder

Known for blending strategic thinking, creative intuition, and operational expertise, Tracy built TLEE on a foundation of thoughtful leadership and innovation. Prior to founding TLEE, she spent 15 years as Principal and Vice President of Spa Design and Development at Auberge Resorts, where she helped shape the brand through award-winning spas and an industry-leading environmental stewardship program. As the wellness landscape has evolved, so has TLEE — growing into a multidisciplinary wellness advisory firm creating immersive experiences rooted in wellness, hospitality, sustainability, longevity, and human connection.

Simply stated, TLEE is the most talented consultancy team I know. They are the best in conceptual design, operating expertise and dedication to creating truly exceptional spa experiences. The team values and integrity are second to none. TLEE is the reason Auberge Resorts has been recognized internationally as one of the top spa hotel brands in the world.
