Tracy Lee
President + Founder

Founder and visionary, Tracy Lee, combines strategic thinking, creative intuition, and an innovative spirit to bring a highly nuanced perspective to the development process. She’s designed and managed some of the most highly acclaimed spas in the world and has carved out a reputation for steady leadership and gracious professionalism.

Passionate about family life, the spa community, and numerous social/environmental causes, she definitively walks the talk of a wellness-infused lifestyle and personifies the sensibilities she promotes through her projects and personal pursuits.

Prior to launching TLEE Spas + Wellness, Tracy held the position of Principal and Vice President of Spa Design and Development at Auberge Resorts for 15 years, and launched a portfolio of award-winning spas, creating a legacy that shaped the Auberge brand and continues to define it as a leader in luxury hospitality. Additionally, she developed an industry-leading environmental stewardship program that was extended to all properties, elevating Auberge Resorts as a sustainable pioneer in the hospitality space.

As an outdoor enthusiast, she can be found on the trails of Mount Tamalpais, in the yoga studio, or checking out the latest fitness trend. Based in Marin County, Tracy’s a proud Wildcat alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.

Michael Lahm
Vice President + Chief Operating Officer

With a background in operations and development encompassing a notable portfolio of brands and typologies, Michael combines a depth of expertise and experience within a broad spectrum of the spa, beauty, and hospitality landscape.

Starting his spa career with the launch of Bliss, Michael assumed full operational responsibilities for a rapidly successful and expanding enterprise, engineering a major transformation in the industry and creating the archetype for the urban day spa.

Michael later partnered with a noteworthy collection of high-profile brands encompassing a diversity of settings and business models: including Equinox, Sundãri, and The CORE Club.

Shifting his focus towards luxury hospitality he joined forces with industry icon Tracy Lee, bringing his creative sensibility, analytical thinking, and radical efficiency into the company’s collective intelligence. Today Michael applies his talents throughout the entire development process, with a specific focus on concept, design, and turnkey project management.

A life-long New Yorker and avowed urbanite, he takes inspiration from the city’s diversity and its continually evolving consumer and cultural landscape. Michael is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is fluent in Spanish and Italian.

Jeanie Klueter
Senior Architect + Wellness Designer

Jeanie has worked in the architecture sector for 30 years, with a keen focus on spa and wellness design for the last 20. A LEED-Certified, licensed architect, she has a passion for all things design and wellness, from dedicated wellness resorts to small elements within the overall architecture, interiors, and landscape space.

Jeanie spent her career, prior to TLEE Spas + Wellness, working for a prestigious global architectural firm as the Director of Spa and Wellness Design, where she was able to parlay that passion for wellness, overseeing numerous successful spa projects. She also served as the firm’s global resource for wellness, educating both colleagues and clients across numerous markets.

She recognizes that the best design solutions emerge from a collaborative approach, Jeanie places a high priority on seeking out the perspective of all key stakeholders, which is illustrated through her diverse portfolio.

Born in California and raised in Minnesota, Jeanie is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. In her personal time, she loves to travel, especially to Europe with her family, seeking out local and regional contexts in design that inform her core values.

Wellness Director + Analyst

With over two decades of experience in the wellness industry in a wide variety of roles, Caline provides a depth of knowledge on both the business and the technical side of wellness. Caline started her personal and professional journey through the world of traditional Chinese medicine; in which she holds a Doctoral degree along with her Bachelor of Business Administration. Her extensive experience gives a unique perspective on the fusion of business with a deeper level of wellness.

Caline has worked with numerous spa and hotel properties across the world, collaborating with brands such as Aman, Exhale, and Ritz-Carlton, and her extensive experience covers business development, operations, property management, quality control, pre-opening, concept and design, marketing, and financial analysis.

As an advocate for the improvement of both people and the planet, Caline has previously served as a Board Member for the Green Spa Network, the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief, and the Florida Spa Association.

A citizen of three countries and a travel enthusiast, Caline’s passionate about helping to create opportunities for better health across the globe. She’s a strong believer that you have to walk the talk and strives to live a balanced and harmonious lifestyle immersed in nature.

With over 20 years of design experience focused within the luxury hospitality sector, encompassing diverse projects within North America and Asia, Brooke’s work deftly balances a keen appreciation for elegant guest experiences with efficient operational functionality.

Born and raised on Oahu, she developed a deep curiosity for places far beyond the Hawaiian Islands which instilled a lifelong spirit of wanderlust that inspires and influences her design process to achieve a distinct sense of place with clear cultural context.

A graduate of the University of Hawaii School of Architecture, Brooke now resides in Seattle. She excels working in a collaborative team environment where ideas are shared and explored to deliver better design solutions than those originating from a single point of view.

From soaking in Japanese Onsen, to trekking in Nepal, or hiking in the Pacific Northwest, her love of travel leads to a keen sense of discovery that creates enriching experiential qualities infused throughout her work.

After completing a double major in Psychology and Communications at Boston College, Catherine assumed the role of Marketing and Project Coordinator following highly successful stints as intern and part-time employment during her studies. Drawing on her experience as a former Division I athlete, Catherine adeptly leverages her skills in multitasking and quick-thinking to efficiently execute a diverse array of marketing and business development initiatives.

Supplementing her academic background, Catherine holds a minor in Marketing from the renowned Carroll School of Management. She strategically applies this expertise to elevate TLEE Spas + Wellness to the forefront of the industry while maintaining the exceptional standards, innovation and successful track record established by her colleagues.
